I hope this isn't off topic but while reading the heading to the Apple forum I noticed it said that Apple users have higher IQs than their respective PC users. That is interesting and piqued my curiosity as to what the IQ numbers are, where those numbers came from, and who compiled those numbers?

I actually picked that fact up from some random article I was reading last year. I'm sorry, but I can neither backup that statement or point you to the source. Think about it though, Apple is very popular in education and higher-ed so there's a natural tendency for the average IQ to helped by a few PhD's using Macs. Apple is also more expensive and people with more money tend to have higher IQs. Well, you can connect the dots from here I think.

Abaxter, there is no need to be sorry, I didn't mean my inquiry to sound demanding, I was just curious. That makes sense to me, they are so darned expensive only the rich (aka smart) people can afford them. [ :p]
