So I've had my macbook for exactly a month tomorrow..
AND I'VE ALREADY GOTTEN A STUCK PIXEL LAST WEEK!!
Yes, I've "massaged" it, tapped it, ran JScreenFix, even got the dock widget.
Is there any other CREATIVE ways that people have gotten rid of their stuck pixels besides sending it back or waiting for it to disappear?
I doubt it but if you know of any, please comment!

Hi A.Woods,
Its interesting that you got a stuck pixel three weeks after you bought, normally you would get it right away. Are you sure its a stuck pixel or a dead pixel? A dead pixel is black (no colour), while a stuck pixel is usually red, green or blue. If its a dead pixel nothing will fix it; if its a stuck pixel you may be able to fix it by running videos of flashing colours or massaging it.
So other than that no, there's no other way to fix a stuck pixel other than waiting for it to disappear, trying those methods every now and then or sending it in. Note though, the warranty states Apple doesn't have to fix or replace your MacBook screen unless there's three or more dead pixels, but you may be able to talk them into it. They're usually nice about it. -
Thank you.
Yes, it's a stuck pixel. I'm aware of the differences after recountless attempts of googling to find an answer to my problem.
I'm also aware of Apple's rule, which is why I haven't considered bringing it in yet.
I've learned to live with it now, but hopefully it disappears soon!
Thanks for your reply! -
I had only shown the first bad pixel and the Apple genius and he said, no problem it's covered. I asked him if he wanted to see the others and he said, no on the 17" model one bad pixel is covered and they replaced my screen.
I don't know if that works for everyone but it's worth a try. -
Apple might be generous if the defective pixel is located somewhere distracting (in the middle of the screen). Otherwise, you'll have to live with it.
I also have a defective (dead) pixel on my macbook and I feel that it's not worth the hassle of asking for a screen replacement. I'd rather have productive work done / enjoy the computer. A single defective pixel is not going to stop me.
