This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Especially ThinkSecret. They did not have the best track record for being correct. I will say that this is a sad day journalism.

    It's not a sad day for journalism. Apple wanted the names of the sources, but those sources were not revealed. A sad day would be if Apple got those names.

    9to5 Mac is the one to watch right now anyway ;). They seriously have a pretty high-end source somewhere in the company...its amazing.
