    TX all,
I found the solution last night. I should change POP to IMAP setting in Gmail account and my mailing software.

IMAP is not the best to use with gmail.... yes it works good, but most email apps you use do not support the archive function. When you hit delete in your email app, its going to truly delete the email instead of saving it in the archive. I prefer using POP for my gmail access so I can make sure all my old emails are archived and never permanently deleted.
