I guess Apple's rolling out their Christmas update wish list. First Unibody firmware updates, then 10.5.6, now a new Multi-Touch driver for Windows that is supposed to fix the responsiveness problems in the Unibody notebooks.

what is this unibody firmware updates you speak of ? is it included in 10.5.6?
-
-
where can i find this update?
-
you can go to the apple icon in your desktop and click on software update, there's a bunch of updates available, including the firmware updates and the 10.5.6. -

Still cannot right click in Windows by simply clicking the touchpad on its right side with a finger? How hard can that be to support.. uh.
-
-
you can right click by double tapping. i like to tap to click so it works great for me. however, the tapping is WAY too sensitive with this firmware update. i can barely touch the trackpad and it will click. still needs work.

I agree completly ^

2GHz "unibody" MacBook here. Running Windows XP Pro SP3 and the latest firmware updates.
Try to install the driver. Either using Apple's executable or by extracting it and updating manually. "Fatal Error" occurs. Good job Apple -

i dont get it. did apple send a fixed WINDOWS touchpad driver?...
if so, can someone link to it?
if not, can you people stop complaining about windows trackpad performance? -
For most, this update did nothing. The trackpad still doesn't work right or, in my case, the update won't install at all. Theres still no tap to click either.
