Will the 9400m in the Macbook beable to play Diablo 3, Starcraft 2
Can the Macbook output to a 21.5 1920x1080 monitor
-
No one knows, since those games haven't been released yet.
The Macbook can output 1920x1080 absolutely fine. -
I play Call of Duty World at War and Battlefield 2 just fine, at low-medium settings, but it still looks great! Most of the time it's very playable at medium.
I also output 1920x1080 onto my external monitor easily with my Macbook, no problems what-so-ever. -

Get me a copy of Diablo 3 and I will tell you

The 9400m is plenty powerful and i'm sure it will sun these games on low settings at least.
-
Although, I wouldn't put it into a PC gaming rig by no means.
-
Good news then. Looks like I will play World at War on my 'book Pro then.

Ya'll have to be on the same server I thought. Then again it has been years since I've played the game.
Blackwing lair was the end raid when I played. -

does WaW follow the same format as COD4? Like the XP, and lvls etc. Man when I had reached lvl 55, it was the most fun ever. All the little perks like martydrom, and stay off radar mode, etc.
I loved going silent with silenced mp5 with no footsteps and invisible on radar. -

I can play World of Warcraft and Warcraft 3 on my Macbook (Unibody) at med-high settings so you should be able to play Starcraft 2 / Diablo 3 at at-least low-med settings. Blizzard usually doesn't make their games to require too high-end of hardware in order to get as many people playing their games as possible.

She seems pretty!! But back on topic: The new macbook will even be able to play crysis but with some patches and all settings on low. Just to show that this is a very capable gpu.

I have the white Macbook (mid 2008) and when i connect to a Full hd tv (1920x1080) there are the 2 black bars on the side.
Is this the same with the unibody macbook? (i notice that the resolution of the tv/screen needs to be 1920x1200 on my macbook for full display) -
Note that you cannot have the external display set to clone the macbook display, since the macbook display is does not support 16:9 resolutions. -
