    hi to all of you. I wanted to know how much time does it take to get VAT refund in the uk...`my sister sent me the laptop through my aunt and she was able to get VAT back but the money hasn't still been deposited in her account.

    And another question...she wants to buy an iphone 3g at the apple shop..will it be unlocked?or will it be locked to o2? :confused:
