Does Mac have a decent diagramming software similar to Microsoft Visio?

Only ArgoUML 0.24 and OpenOffice Draw 2.2 work on Mac. ArgoUML 0.24 is strictly for UML modeling. OpenOffice Draw 2.2 is too primitive to be useful. I draw a lot of system/network/solution diagrams. I need a better tool.

I use VP Suite for my UML needs. It's free for academic use.
