On OSX, my disk is spinning like crazy, loud enough to hear, but on my W7 bootcamp everything is fine, W7 runs better then OSX right now  My OSX feels super laggy and im getting the spinning beach ball quite frequently, Any suggestions?

Download the TechTool Deluxe program used for AppleCare and run a test on the HD:

    Micromat - TechTool Deluxe

Also mae sure that in your Power Settings, the option to spin down the disks when possible is enabled.
