OK, so only a few hours ago the FedEx website said the package was in Saint Paul, Minnesota (next to Minneapolis where I live) on the FedEx truck for delivery. But just a few minutes later it said the package was in friggin' Anchorage, Alaska for "Int'l shppiment release". It makes no sense, unless there was a mistake.
Anybody can explain to me what's going on? Here's the screenshot of the shippment history.

oops... just a entry and timestamp problem... wouldn't worry about it

Thing is, I have to leave tomorrow for Europe. So, if the thing is in Alaska, I guess there are no chances of it arriving in time?
-
its on the vehicle for delivery....
sheesh...
you think it warped from MN to AK in 27 minutes? -
Huh, I don't get it. If it's on the vehicle for delivery, why does it say Alaska? I'm sorry, can you be a bit more specific?

I believe its on vehicle for delivery, and they just received the shipment release notification late.
Hopefully you will get it today. The same thing happened to me (not for Apple product, but for a cell phone coming from Singapore). -
I really hope you're right. *fingers crossed*

If you look at all the lines you'll see it went through Alaska as part of import. A guy in AK has to process the import documentation and other assorted paperwork. What you are seeing is the confirmation that the paperwork for the import was completed.
Alaska probably gets lots of imports, so the paperwork backlog may be longer than the time it takes to get a shipment loaded on a plane for it's final destination.
It doesn't say anything about where the package is. It's simply a note pinned to the tracking number. Switch to decaf Gunda Din. -
I get it. Thanks for the info.

It arrived! You guys were right.
