    Whan will new macbooks come?

    Hi, I am thinking of buying a macbook. Do you know if apple is planning to make some new macbook with 13,3 screen and with a graphic card? Or whan the new generation should come, because my notebook I have now is still quite OK.

    the new santa rosa chipset, should be coming up in March/april 2007. apple will certainly put out new revision of MBP and the MB.

    the new centrino sports the ramped up "merom" core2duo cpu with 800mhz FSB, the Motherboard's FSB also increased to 800mhz. draft-n wifi.... you probably be more interested in the GMA X3000 which is the new DX10 intergrated GPU. which is supposedly be powerful enough for more intensive graphic task; like gaming.

    It can't be determined if Apple will integrate these features in their product line immediately or within a few months after. Just remember that Core 2 Duo refresh was not immediate.

    According to ThinkSecret, some new Apple notebooks are supposedly coming possibly Q1/2007 or more likely Q2/2007.

    Supposedly these ones will have new LED-based LCD screens and some other upgrades.

    Of course, ThinkSecret isn't always right and bases a lot of its predictions on leaked rumours from "insiders" and such. This should be treated as rumour, not fact.

    Exactly. The Apple community is rife with rumours, so anything you hear or read should be treated as such until Steve utters the immortal words, "Oh, one more thing." :)

    Regarding the LED backlight rumours for Q2 2007, I'd say you'll probably only see it on MBPs at first since it'll be expensive to manufacture.
