    What are the dimensions of the soldered ram in macbook pro retina? To clarify, the dimensions of each ram piece?

    i think this is the right ram right? If so i think i found it....thankfully for ifixit.

    EDIT: it is on page 32 but i have no idea what measurements it is using...i am assuming mm right? also it gives all sorts of measurements and i am not sure what is what. Can anyone help explain it to me?

    ok i think it is mm and that the 7.5x11 is a single chip. Also does anyone know what fabrication this is? 20nm 40nm???
