Recently when I right-click the desktop using my wireless mighty mouse, the Finder relaunches. This is really annoying since whatever I have in my dock unminimizes.
I also have Shapeshifter installed and sometimes when finder relaunches, it switches back to the default Aqua theme, instead of the theme I have, meaning that I have to go into System Pref and relaunch finder from within Shapeshifter.
What's the problem that I have here? And how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Try creating a new user, does it have the same issue? If not, there's just a setting somewhere that's corrupt or so - I would guess ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Finder.plist or whatever settings there are for the Mighty Mouse.
If a new user has the same issue, try with another mouse. If it's still the same issue, try an archive & install.
Those are just suggestions off the top of my head, I may have missed something but try itI think it most likely that it will just be a preference file that needs to be replaced.

I think I found the solution.
If you have StuffIt Deluxe that is.
When the desktop is right clicked, Finder relaunches
