Mini display port. WHAT THE HECK!? I can't output audio to it?

    Ugh. :D

And on that note too, why are external mice retarded on OSX?

Other than that, so far so good

os x does not seem to well implement mouse acceleration with external mouses. yeah, the minidisplay port seems pretty useless but hey, it's apple we're talking about. It's futuristic (remember the original firewire?).

Because to love Apple, you have to be a masochist. ;) j/k About the mini display port, you can pick up an adapter from Apple for fairly cheap. I personally never had any trouble with external mice, maybe it's just me. :)

adapter is only video is the problem, because mini displayport ONLY outputs video.

and as for the mouse, I fixed it, But just google "osx mouse acceleration" xD (that's the problem i was having).

Display Port and APples mini version are standards... and they do Audio and Video.

Apple chose to not physically wire up audio to the port, so that their is only using the video capabilities.... why? who knows.... if your wanting to go to HDMI, you can get an adapter that hooks to the mini-DP and the audio out port, to HDMI.

all external Mice I've used on OSX run great...

And I fixed my mouse, just get a program that allows me to edit the acceleration, :D
