    Sometimes iFixit puts spare parts like that up for sale, but it's rare. Otherwise, you're going to be hard pressed to find one. Your best bet might be to find a local Apple Authorized Service Provider (not the Apple store) and see if they can order the part for you.

    as i know, many chinese sell it on line, such as largest business web aliexpress, or dhgate, maybe you can find what you want.
