    Will Cisco VPN Client run off of Boot Camp?

    If I were to switch to Mac, this is the only Windows-based software that I absolutely *have* to have so that I can log in to my work away from the office. If it won't work, no Mac.

    I don't think you understand what boot camp is. It's an app that splits your hard drive in 2 so you can install windows on 1 part. That's all. When you start up you can choose to boot into windows, and your mac basically becomes a windows PC. If the program was made for Windows it will surely run on it when you're booted into windows, unless you've got Vista and that program has compatibility issues with it or something.

    Would the VPN Client for OS X not work some reason?

    Cisco VPN is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. I have used both the Mac and Windows client to access my school's network. If you only have the Windows version you can install Windows on your Mac. Please refer to the Running Windows On A Mac Sticky.
