Newegg.com - G.SKILL 4GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Laptop Memory Model F3-10666CL9S-4GBSQ
Will this work with my MBP (Apple MacBook Pro MC374LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop)
Amazon.com: Apple MacBook Pro MC374LL/A 13.3-Inch Laptop: Computer & Accessories
For better performance should I get just 1 or replace both existing modules with 2 new ones (If I buy 2 of G.SKILL memory modules)

ClearSkies Well no, I'm still here..
I saw NewEgg put this RAM stick on sale this week, through 8/1, for their email subscribers for $20 w/ free shipping.
You reason you can't mix/match, but I'm not sure why you'd want to run 6GB as 4/2. Spend the $20 and go with 8 if you decide to make the switch. -
Thanks..That's what I end-up doing. I ordered 2 modules so I can have same kind modules with total of 8GB (4+4) of RAM.

Damn, this would have been nice for my memory upgrade but oh well..

It was back in stock for sometime today as well. Keep an eye if you really want this.

ClearSkies Well no, I'm still here..
There's at least one report I stumbled over online here that mentions a possible problem with C2D MBPros trying to automatically downclock DDR3 1333MHz RAM (the G.Skill sticks @ NEgg) to 1066MHz speeds and not being able to boot up.
Hopefully this won't be the case for you. Else, NEgg does have several options for 1066MHz RAM for $53-55 w/ free shipping. -
I bought two sets of this RAM (4x 4GB sticks). They work fine in my 2011 MBP and my Dell Latitude, but not in my 2010 Mini. In the Mini if will ONLY run with either a single stick of this 4GB 1333MHz or mix with a 2GB 1066 for 6GB combined. If I populate both slots with 1333MHz sticks it's kernel panic all over the place and running the hardware test will always fail on the memory test. Since the 2010 Mini is basically a 2010 13" MBP in a different form factor, there's a chance it will behave the same way.
I moved a set of 8GB 1066MHz to the Mini and it now runs perfectly.

Back when i had my 15" MBP, I freaked out after I upgraded the ram from 1GB(667) to 4GB (800), it wouldn't turn on, and only showed the white LED light, I thought I shorted out the broad or something. Come find out it couldn't downclock the RAM. Bought a set of 667 RAM and it worked great.
