    Hey guys,

My university offers this program to students, and I'm not sure I actually need to put this on my mac. Any tips or info to share about this?

    Thanks!

haha ETA-- did a google search and found this out

Office 2004 and Messenger for Mac currently run on Intel-based Macs, but Virtual PC 7 does not at this time. Learn more about plans for the next version of Office for Mac and more in this FAQ.

Microsoft officially announced dropping Virtual PC, they aren't going to be making it anymore, they just annouced this at the WWDC.

They said "Programming a new Virtual PC for the Intel-Macs would be like going back to Virtual PC 1.0" and said they are dropping it. So Virtual PC 7.0 is the last version ever.

If you are looking for something like this, Parallels is a very good bet (and VMware is getting into this market too).
