I've been having some issues installing Windows 7 Pro 64-bit on my MBP (specs in sig) and an Intel 320 Series 160GB SSD. I've got the drive partitioned as two 80GB partitions, one with Lion currently on it and a blank one for W7. The SSD is in the HDD spot, and there's a 750GB HDD Optibay in the optical bay. I'm using a non-burned disk (a regular MS install disc from my uni that allows full installs & upgrades) with a USB DVD drive.

I can get Windows to do the 1st part of the install, but when it reboots for the second stage (where the DVD drive is not needed) it freezes at the last part (Installing Updates, Configuring System). This prevents Windows from booting and I have to reinstall.

Has anyone else had this problem?
