    1) Several trips to a computer repair center (they know me now! )
    2) $1400 in hardware replacements
    3) Having to listen to some god awful music as sent from one apple person to the next (I think my ears are still bleeding)
    4) Venting frustrations on said people (In a professional manner of course :p )
    ....
    Profit!

    :D

Did they upgrade you to a better machine because you had too many troubles with your old one?

    Yes, after persuasion.

Also it seem like everyone at Apple seemed to think they were bending over backwards to help me. Such as the 1st guy tried to tell me that AppleCare wasn't obligated to take my call as I was past 90 days from purchase but Apple would anyway. Also apparently logic boards and uppercase assemblies do not qualify as major hardware replacements, but since I'm a student, they would make an exception for me. Everyone seemed pretty nice but Apple's policies seem to be BS to me.

Well maybe lucky now, but definitely not lucky for the past 4 months. I can't believe how much trouble this thing has given me. I don't know, maybe I somehow offended it by installing windows
