Only reason for windows is to run some games and other misc programs. Should I even be looking at xp 64 bit? This will be on my last-gen MBP.

    Thanks

As far as I know, installing a 64bit OS is not supported officially by Apple through bootcamp... yet.

It can be done, somebody did it, don't know if it's worth the effort though, 32bit is just so easy to do, and 3.2gb vs 4gb of RAM is going to worth everything?

Sorry I can't help more, try searching, but if I were you, I'd put the 32bit right in. That's what I did actually, and it's just awesome! :D

The hassle of trying to get 64bit installed really isn't worth it IMO, nor is it officially supported.

Unless you have a genuine need for a 64bit OS, there's no point fighting to install it.

Are you intending to only play Windows games? If so, the 32-bit option is your best option since the drivers are better and more refined than the 64-bit ones. Plus, as Khris and cdnalsi both mention, the hassle isn't worth the effort in getting all the 64-bit drivers.
