I know there has been an issue with yellow screen, but my question is from what viewing angle. From viewing straight on my new MBP I have no yellow issue, but at an angle, even a pretty slight angle the colors changes to yellow?

Your laptop is fine. The yellowing thing should be apparent when you are using it as normal and not looking for it.
Don't drive yourself crazy with the issue. It's either there or its not, if you spend more than 2 seconds looking for it you are just going to start seeing pixies.... -
The yellowing issue that MBPs are having is when you're looking at it straight on and the bottom 1/3rd is dimmer and has a yellow tint to it. Some people claim it was so bad they could see it during the gray boot up screen. I would just go to a website like Google.com and make sure the white background is the same on the top of your browser as it is on the bottom. If you don't see anything, you're fine.
One thing I would recommend doing is calibrating the screen through the System Preferences > Display > Colors. It was a night and day difference for me. By default, the entire screen looked very yellow but after running the calibration it looks beautiful. -
Thank you both>

Just out of curiosity, could you let me know what week and screen you have?
You can tell which week your MBP is by looking at the serial number. It should be the 4th and 5th number over, either 31, 32, 33, or 34.
To find which screen you have, go to System Preferences > Display > Color > Open Profile > Select # 13 from the list and look for Model:. There should be either 00009C67 (which is LG) and 68 (which is Samsung).
