hi,
I made my mac transition in 2012 and I have to say that since then I can't go back to windows (even though I've seen some pretty good comparisons on this site). I had a little trouble at first but now I won't change anymore.
Here is my problem, I would like to acquire a new macbook. The first time I bought a new one but this time I would like to try to buy one reconditioned like new.
Are there any of you who have already tried this kind of purchase? And if so, on which site? Were there any warranties?
Thank you in advance

Refurbished Macs purchased directly from Apple or an authorized reseller include the same one-year warranty as new. They are also eligible for AppleCare+.

Thank you so much for your help.
Beyond this one year warranty (which is great news), have you ever had problems with refurbished units? This is a first for me. -

Don't have experience on the Mac side, but my refurbished iPad Pro hasn't given any trouble in the two or so years I've owned it.

My son's iphone that we received as a replacement was a refurb from apple. It was as same as a new device. no issue what so ever. I would say your experience with a refurb macbook would be similar. I would suggest other laptops over the macbook, but thats a seperate issue.

I am not a fan of apples pc software. Well, nor their hardware either to be honest. You can get a much better windows based system for Similar money if you u are not an apple purist. FYI I'm typing this on my iPad. So I am not an apple hater but their pc side of things has been stale for years now.

It's also a matter of taste I guess ^^

Not really taste. Value. Yes. There are many windows laptops that are better looking, faster, more features less expensive than a Macbook. Unless you NEED to be seen with an apple logo there are dozens of better systems. If you want to blend in at the local Starbucks, apple is your crate.
