    Hi, folks, just got my macbook pro yesterday afternoon, there are two disks in my packages, labeled as disk 1 and disk 2. I do not know what is on those 2 disks, do they contain ilife 08 and leopard OS on it?

    i believe one contains leopard and the other one all budled software, make sure unchek everything u dont need , to save space. things like all the foreign lnguage pajages, that u dont need, ull save at least 2 gigs of space

    Yes, Install Disc 1 contains the actual OS and Install Disc 2 is iLife.

    Have you had Leopard preinstalled? I had a Tiger so had to do clean install Leopard (CD was attached) and then added all apps like iLife, iWork trial, MS Office trial from Disk 2.
