    i cudn't find that info anywhere =/

    I hate when people that dont know facts help..but i'm going to give my logic anyway :)

    its upgradeable to 1.5gb in ram...there are 2 slots, 1 for the 512mb built in, and then you can user upgrade with a 1gb stick. To me thats the only way to get 1.5gb, as the previous version was only upgradeable to 1.25, and that was with the 256 soldered in, and a 1gb stick.

    this isnt fact i know..i'm sorry but it sounds reasonable doesnt it

    Yeah, thats right, there is one slot available to the user to add more ram. You cant access the built in ram. So the bare minimum the machine can have is 512 Mb of Ram. then you can add a 1 gig stick if you have the money to do it.
