    i know this is worng forum but i go here more often, well i ordered from apple site, i have dead pixels, i dont want to send it to them cause im gonna go on a trip in 4 days, can i take it to my local apple store?

    sure you can. and apple employees are swayed very easily, so if they say they cant do anything theyre lying you might be able to talk your way into a new one. my advice on things like that is to always remind them that its messed up due to faulty hardware and its not ur fault.

    Yes, talk to them. Dead pixels on the iPod Touch really ruin it a lot.

    During your brief time with the iTouch, how do you like it? Have you been able to surf the web with it? And how do those new apps run on it?

    I don't think this was directed at me, but I'll just answer it from my own experience:

    I love my iPod Touch...its awesome! At first, I had doubts with it, since I had an iPod Nano and was worried it'd be too big...or I was worried that it might be hard to use because its operated by touchscreen...but I love it.

    I had no problems connecting with WiFi, the webpages display fine and look great.

    Well, considering there's a dead pixel and such, go to the Apple Store, express your disappointment/anger, and they should exchange it for you.
