sorry, it's iphone's battery i am speaking of
http://www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html
if anyone gonna follow the list, i somehow find this conclusion:
- don't use any function iphone offers...
what's the point of having an iphone then? or why a PDA phone in general..
if i were to follow this, i guess i would be better off saving my time and money and acquire some thing like nokia 6500 or something, lol

This thread=epic FAIL! are you feeling cool for bashing apple?some of your points in other threads are true, but this one... Whats wrong if company tries to give you tips how to save battery on features that you don't use?
BTW,all this tips can be used on ANY phone to save battery... -

The best way to save battery is not using the device at all. More features used usually means less battery life. You'll need to draw the line between battery life and the usefullness of the device.

I just plug most of my devices in at the end of the day. I've never (well, RARELY) had a battery actually "die" on me because I always make sure to keep my stuff well-juiced.

if i am told not to use any function of a phone that's designated to be multi-functional, what's the point of giving people all the functions? sure i can use the same statement onto every other brand, but it is APPLE that put it onto their website. bashing? not really, i am still using my iphone and has no plan on replacing it. i am just poking fun on that page instead.
not agreeing with apple is translated into apple bashing? jeez, that's easy for apple fanatics (same for me for stereotyping you -
Didn't read the whole thing but from what I can tell it just telling you stuff that if your not going to use it turn it off, and what features will use more power if you going to use them a lot.
Where is the point in this thread? -
apple's instruction in optimizing battery...
