Yes, but AFAIK you are going to need to reinstall the OS, you can choose whichever language you like best when you are installing

Im guessing there is a backup installed in a pertition on the macbook correct ? since the MBP doesnt come with CD drive anymore.
how does it work with OS X and drivers , you just download and install GPu / sound etc like in windows ? -

it does have a hidden partition. However even with a new SSD in there (for example if you happen to swap the SSD), you can enter internet recovery and you are done.
The drivers will install themselves during the OS install -
Yes you can change the language even without reinstalling MacOSX. A simple login/logout is enough (it's one of the reasons why I prefer MacOSX over Windows ... multi-language support on windows is kind of POS)
Here brief instructions on how to accomplish it
Go into System Preferences --> International
Now as the screen says: Drag your preferred language to the top of the list
Before:
After:
login/logout or simply kill the finder and even without a restart the complete ui is now in my case in Simplified Chinese:
Best Regards
fyi. Dutch is spoken in the Netherlands ..... In Germany they speak German ;-) -
