    Just ordered win 7 update disk for 45$ and was wondering whether you can use it with bootcamp

    Assuming you're using the upgrade disk to upgrade a licensed copy of Windows, yes.

    The upgrade is licensed to be used on a system that already has an OEM or full license. Any discussion on how to bypass that is against the forum rules.

    FYI, if the install is not properly license, it is very possible for new updates to invalidate your install...already happened to a bunch of people with MSDN licenses/keys they bought on Ebay.
