    anyone know when apple will start offering the college student discount with the ipod and what not? im looking to get the 15 inch macbook pro for college and dont wanna wait lol

    click on education

    then find your university, they give either 50 or 100 discount on notebooks

    OR

    simply go to the university computer store and they will sell you at discounted price.

    Last year it was an iPod Touch, so it will most likely be a Touch this year. ;) Things could be different this year because of the economy, but nobody knows but Apple itself. ;)

    Are you sure the iPod deal is an annual promotion? Last year they offered the deal as they were refreshing the Macbook line just a few months afterwards.

    they would also pack in touch too since new revision of touch is coming just to get rid of the inventory they have

    but touch still sells like a hot cake even now
