does anyone have pics of the led display from the macbook pro

not screenshots but actual pics of the raw screen i am trying to see if this can be used in other notebooks inststead as there are a lot of us that would love a led display over the ccfl ones.. lmk if you have them or can take any for me.. thanks!!!!!


also would it be possible for anyone to list the model the macbook pro 17" ccfl usually is?? like in lg it would maybe be a 171wu1 etc..?? thanks very much

 

Thers a ton of them on ebay, so you might be able to contact the sellers and get a model number to see if its compatible with other laptops. Though I have a feeling that the "pins/pinout" might be different from laptop to laptop.

 

Well here is mine from the 17" hi res led mbp its absolutely the most gorgeous screen I've ever laid my eyes on =D

 

Wow that is a nice picture of a computer monitor. If you cropped out the side so you can't tell that its a mbp monitor it would just look like a picture, no one could tell it was a picture of a monitor.

Its matte, I only like matte.

 

Haha, I'm jealous! A bunch of classmates have the 15 inch one with the LED, and there really is a noticeable difference in the lighting. My 2 bottom corners are actually a tad darker than the rest of the screen, but the LED on theirs really makes everything nice, even, and beautiful. I also find that higher brightness isn't as hard on the eyes in the LED ones. It's too bad they didn't have the option when I got mine

no one with any actual pics of the screen outside of the notebook? i REALLY WANT this screen but i need to see the connector to see if its compatable..none of the ebay seller will send me pice they just say it will not work.
