    Just looking for a memory tester and memtest86+ is one of the best, and it says that it supports mac in the change log for v2.01 we are now at v2.11

    I dont have my mac to test it yet.

    I guess it does work if it says it does. Probably just burn it on a disc and boot from it. Although do note that OS X does come with its own hardware test tool.

    I read that the built in one was very basic, even the apple care memory test software takes only seconds to test the memory, so it cannot be very thorough.

    I have been using memtest86 and 86+ on my PC`s for years and would like to be able to use it on my Mac when it comes, just asking if anybody had tried it.
