    firefox crashing

    I was using firefox but it kept crashing last night, I uninstalled it and reinstalled bt it kept doing the same thing, any suggestions? I have the mbp with 2gb ram, 250gb hdd, 2.4ghz cpu.

    Are you going to a certain website?

    Firefox has never been really stable, it gets better as it progresses, but I would never expect it to be very very stable.

    1. Did you install any plugins?
    2. Is your profile corrupt?
    3. Do you have an active av messing with what it loads?

    example...NIS2009...scans firefox.

    It's been fine for me, especially since the update. Safari just isn't working for me, and Opera is not my type, so FireFox it is. Can't wait for Chrome in OS X. :D

    I was on the pokerroom.com site but I never had it crash when using windows vista on my pc, also I used ff that last couple of days and never had any issues with it.

    yeah.. FF is really buggy sometimes, especially watching wmp embedded videos

    I guess I will have to use Safari when playing poker. Is there anything else that can be done so it doesn't crash when playing poker?

    I tried Safari tonight and it crashes as well when playing poker, does anyone know what I can try?
