well im still awaiting my macbook pro to get here and was doing some research and found like the disco keyboard and the ialertu (macbookpro alarm) i was wondering if these things are legit and actually work..and if anyone new any other kool little things like those.

i think the ialertu is real. but things like those will damage your notebook; so why bother use it. your notebook not meant (avoid) to be move while its running.

Those things are real and are quite fun to have. Although their actual usefulness is debatable, it's good for showing off every once in a while to your friends.

It's more a deterrent/warning system, so I don't think just installing it will harm your system, unless you actively play with it a lot.
How well it actually works against thieves is debatable, but since it's free, and the extra warning isn't bad, why not install it? -

And I've also heard about a thing where you can right click by clicking with two fingers on the trackpad click.... but I couldn't find anything about it..
