    hey friends, as you know, in the us layout, the hash key is found on the number 3 key. could you tell me where it's mapped under vista?thanks. i googled, but couldn't find it. :confused:

    i use the uk layout..

    Third key to the right of the "L" key. For me I have L then : then @ then #

    it didnt work for me. i went to keyboard layout in control panel and chaged it to apple US international layout. the £ has become # now...when i press shift+3, i get # that's what i wanted...thanks for your help man.
