    indeed. But first he should tell us more about the problems he is having... when is the CD being spitted out? Did you do all the steps in Bootcamp first (assuming you are using bootcamp)? Have you tried another media? Try copying the windows XP install CD into a blank CD-R, sometimes the media itself is flawed.
