Is there any reason why you need to find out? As far as I know, the last software updates have probably been iWork updates, if I remember correctly. -

Alright, well, Keynote, Pages and Numbers are applications from the iWork Suite, I think they were mostly security and bug fixes. iWeb had a minor update, so that's that.
