    Ever since my parents installed Snow Leopard on their computer we started experiencing constant video freezes during chats. I'm still running Leopard. Have any of you guys experienced the same problem? :(

    have to run disk utility to check your hdd is ok

    Nevermind.. I think it is a problem with my ISP or router. It just coincided with Snow Leopard being installed.

    always good to consider the thing that changed to cause the problem... but when its the internet, always blame the ISP, its more fun no matter what :)
