    Hi all
    How to enable iChat to use and show ICQ Nicknames?
    All other functions are working.

    Other than implementing a userscript to match the numbers to the "nicknames", there is no way to automatise this in current iChat

    or try

    Apple+i -> settings and add the nicknames yourself (one-by-one though :-( )

    cheers ...
