I have an Eclipse touch screen navigation system in mine... it also connects bluetooth to my iPhone and can play music or make phone calls... its quite nice. Its not exactly cheap to get or install though. Its nice being able to get in the car and go and make phone calls or listen to music all with my phone still in my pocket.

My wifes 2011 Sienna mini-Van has bluetooth that allows calls and music streaming without difficulty.

I installed an aftermarket device in my 2005 Prius called a GROM. It enables me to connect via the iphone plug in (but also has a headphone input), so that I can control the iphone via the car stereo (it make the car think the iphone is a multi disk changer). This works great for music but does not work for phone calls. Google GROM for more info.
