    If I buy an iPod Touch in the Apple Store will it ship already with the January software update?

    It should. They updated the iPhones pretty quick. The iPod Touch is probably the same.

    :D Thats nice. I hope they make the 64GB version. My music files exceed 40 Gigabytes... To add to the annoyance, I have 14Gigabytes of movie files.

    I am SO mad at what they're charging for it. Granted, it is flash memory, but still. If your gonna go that high, use a hard drive.

    A 32GB HDSD card costs currently €300. Also quite expensive.

    Yes, it should have the updated software now, and if it doesn't its discounted by $20 so that it reimburses you :).
