    i think i may stop by buffalo to get a better deal on a MBP

    will a canadian university still qualify?

    There is a $100 difference between Canada and the US, After you pay for gas, Duty, and taxes, I really doubt you will save anything. Buy from Canada. I also doubt a Canada Uni card will work in the US. Canada doesn't even check to see if you are in Uni, I'm pretty sure the US does.

    There isn't even a $100 difference...

    AFAIK- apple canada is selling these things CAD, not USD. So the price difference is more like $15-20

    Your right, I forgot about that, it's $15 cheaper. So buy the time you pay for gas it will cost you more.
