I used boot camp a few days ago without having my vista ultimate yet and I partitioned the hardrive in half then this morning I tried installing windows as said in this forum as to use the assistant in boot camp and I got to the part where it said where would you like to install the OS, they gave 4 different options and only one would have been enough space to put a partition so I figured I could delete the other partitions and see but now it left me with only 1 full HD , the other problem with this is the CD won't eject and keeps wanting to install the windows on the full partition , anyone know how to eject the cd any commands ? so maybe I could boot back to OSX

OK I screwed up here some, anyway I got the vista installed LOL without OSX I got boot camp installed without OSX again LOL so how do I do a clean install with OSX and start fresh can't seam to find a way to get OSX to boot and format , is there a bios in this ?

Ok, first off, turn off the computer. Insert your Mac OS X install DVD, and hold down the "c" key when you press the power button. That will boot you onto the Mac OS X install CD and will guide you through the installation. It would be just like the first time you booted up your machine out of the box. You will then want to go up into the menu bar and find something similar to partition or restore. You will want to partition it to a Mac OS X extended journaled format. That will now allow you to install Leopard back to it's original state. There is no bios in Mac OS X. You will then go through the normal process just like the first day you got your Mac. It will look just like that.

Thanks! It's fomatting now I formatted once before on a 2008 model but it didn't have windows installed first or ever anyway, I don't know why boot camp didn't show the right size partition when trying to install windows it showed it when I checked the 2 drives that each was equaly partition at 148 apiece , another question I have vmware should I do boot camp or vmware first. ?

No problem! Glad I could help!
I ran into the same situation also...
I'd recommend Boot Camp first, then when you go to set up the VMWare Fusion, it'll give you the option to use your Boot Camp partition you already created to use as the Virtual Machine.
