hey guys i just got my black macbook and i love it!!! its my first mac and dont think I will ever go back. well i got the ipod with the deal that was offered and I was wondering what your thoughts were on a video converter. I tryed some but they only convert 5 minutes. Are there any free programs I could download that would get the job done?
I've used the one in itunes but for most the sound doesnt carry over to the ipod version. any imput is appreciated thanks.

    http://handbrake.m0k.org/

Have never used any video conversion for the iPod, but everyone I have heard talk about it, recommends handbrake.

handbrake seems to be for dvd sources only. can you think of one for other types of files.
