Ok, I'm not talking about the much discussed "mooing" problem with the macbook....

I usually can't hear this, but, when i put my face realy close to keyboard, my ear can hear a little noise that sounds like "click click clack clack" underneath the keyboard.

Is it normal? or is there something wrong?

someone told me that it's normal because that's the sound of the hardrive spining...

I guess i'm just extremly paranoid and expects my mb to be as totally silent as a lexus.

    ;)

I would guess that it is simply the hard drive reading/writing. If you have to hold your ear to the keyboard in order to hear the noise--don't be concerned. You should be worried when there is a loud noise-loud enough that you can hear it during normal operation. Laptops do have moving parts so they will make noise...not quite the sound-proofing lexus has. :D
