Well, a few days ago I turned on the dashboard to monitor temp and such.
I found that my battery health is unstable, sometime it said 97%, 98%, 99% and 100%. I thought this was normal.
But today, I turn the dashboard on and istat pro said 35% battery health.
Should I go to a apple store and ask them for a battery replacement?

How old is this battery? You may need to do a full reset of it (complete drain, then charge).

Another question should I replace the battery now? (in my country: Vietnam)
Or I wait until September when I come back to US?

Go to your system profiler and post your Power information.

if yesterday your battery health was 100% +/- 8 (perfect)

and today your health was around 35%

then your battery health isn't really 35%. it is fine. you just need to fully cycle the battery (a complete charge discharge cycle)

Don't mean to hijack off haquocdung, but I just have a quick question about my battery health, it's been around 98-100% and that's fine, I've had it 10 days with 11 cycles and but coBattery estimates my MBP is 5 weeks old, is that normal? Charge cap is at 12677/13000.

I don't know if its falls within parameters or not. I just checked mine which I have had for a couple of months and my full charge capacity is 12942 with a cycle count of 29. Yours isn't far off, but it is suspect that mine seems to have a higher capacity and its older....who knows though...maybe there is an acceptable range which the batteries fall into. I guess I'd just keep an eye on it and see if its capacity shrinks significantly over time. You've got AppleCare for a year (at least) and can address the issue with apple if the it becomes more severe.

True thanks! :) I'll be extending AppleCare at Christmas just to make sure I get a good length of the laptop!

The Santa Rosa Macbook Pro Line has a bigger battery (capacity) than the Unibody Macbook Pros, 60Watt vs 50Watt i think,

    hey guys,
good news is that the istat tells me that the battery health came back to 100%.
bad news is my battery health is still unstable due to istat.
thanks for suggesting me calibrate the battery. I totally forgot about it.

@irishhenshin: as long as you can get an answer, I really dont mind.

istat report the battery health on my macbook as 100%, after 4 months. life cycle is 29. I suspect it is not istat making your battery's health unstable, but your battery isn't really stable XD. It is better to get a check up when it is possible.

I am at 51 Cycles and at 99% battery life so your seems to be right in range. Also know that keeping it plugged in 24/7 is not a good idea to :D
