    new macbook pro with XP's Live messenger mic problem

    I just bought the new Macbook Pro 13", its really nice, run boot camp XP smoothly, everything works out great.
    But there is only one problem, the audio come put of my live messenger sounds really funny, it sounds like slow down my speech and low my sound.

    I always use live messenger to chat with my mom, today I use boot camp XP, my mom said she cannot uderstand what I'm saying, I'm a lady, but it sounds like a 40 years old male, really slow low, funny voice....

    I try to use the sound recorder in the Windows Xp, it sounds perfect. It also works perfect in Mac OS...

    but it just doesnot work in the MSN messenger :confused: :confused: :confused:

    I am sorry for my broken English... but any help would be appreciate, I really need this to work, I want to chat with mom everyday :)

    it seems either the microphone driver for windows is corupted or your msn is corrupted. i would suggest you to re-install both.

    How do mac`s not get feedback when the mic is located under the grill right next to the left speaker :confused:
