    Hi, I have a MBP earlie 2008.
    2.4 GHz, 8600GT 256 MB, 4096 MB Corsair memory.

    What kind of settings should I use in Video to get the optimal performance?

    Resolution?
    Tree Fade?
    Actor Fade?
    Item Fade?
    Object Fade?
    Grass Distance?
    Distant Land? on/off?
    Distant Buildings? on/off?
    Distant Trees? on/off?
    Int. Shadows?
    Ext. Shadows?
    Self Shadows? on/off?
    Tree Canopy Shadows? on/off?
    Specular Dist?
    HDR Lightning? on/off? only works with off, or else i get black screen.
    Bloom Lightning? on/off?
    Water Detail?
    Water Reflections? on/off?
    Water Ripples? on/off?
    Window Reflections? on/off?
    Blood Decals?
    Anti-aliasing?

    I play in MAC OS X, not via Bootcamp and Windows.
