    I just installed skype on my shiny new macbook pro (I upgraded :) )

    Skype keeps starting every time I boot up the computer. Maybe I cannot see for looking, but where is the setting to turn this off?? I cant see it in preferences? :confused:

    Right (secondary) click it in your dock. There should be something that says "start at login", chances are it checked. Click that to uncheck it.
