I was reading some stuff from various websites about original Macbooks and I saw something about uMacbooks. I researched and couldn't find ANYTHING about these, does anyone have some information about these or where to get one?

until early 2008 (which is non unibody) vs late 2008 and onwards which is unibody IIRC, so, u stands for unibody, some people just want to call them something "cool" i gues. Instead of iSomething to uSomething heh..

They were never officially called uMacBooks, that's just a nickname users gave them. Yes, it stands for unibody, and they only made them for a short amount of time. I think they wanted the Pros to be more "high end" so they made it exclusive for the Pros.
